Filter / Envelope Follower Schematics

Hi all,
        where can I find a scematic for a VCF with both external voltage
input and 'front panel' pot input for cutoff and resonance. I need a schem
that doesn't use any ICs like the CEM chips, but the obvious are fine
(op-amps e.t.c). Accompianing notes would be useful, so I know what voltage
the CV input is.
Also, I need a schem for ann envelope follower.
