I've seen them, they look really nice too.  In fact, judging from their
bendability, the pins must have had a fairly large % of gold in them.  I
don't remember what sort of IC they were, that was back when my only use for
electronics was to make the peices into jewelry.  (Of course the sockets are
standard tinned whatever.)
