He did say gold connectors on *digital* cables.
You would need a significant amount of oxidation before you started having
trouble with a digital link.

BTW, do any of these audiophiles with OFC interconnects have OFC on the PCBs
inside their equipment, or silver solder on the IC pins ?
Surely the quality is limited by the weakest link.
