   I found out about it few months ago, but still can't stop laughing:
   I once talked to an audiophile in our company, and she told me
   she bought so called 'interconnector' (80cm stereo cable)
   for $150 and she was happy, cuz it was second hand.
   The first owner gave $250 for it.

That's nothing; there's a hifi equipment distributor called Audio
Advisor that has cables for prices as high as $12,000 (that's 12
thousand US dollars for a speaker cable that reaches across the
room).
