Serge VCA Schemo?

I'm having some problems with a Serge panel I bought a while ago. As I
suspected, the VCA gain pots are wired incorrectly - apparently by a friend
of a previous owner, not at the STS factory. Each pot is wired with the
"low" end at 0 v, and the the high end at -12v. The operation of the pot is
reversed, and all of the dynamic range of the VCA is compressed into the
first 1/3 of its rotation. 

It's clear to me that the pot wiring is reversed, but I'm suspicious of the
-12v too, given the way the thing works. Does anyone have a schematic of
this circuit? Or is any Serge owner kind enough to go in and measure the DC
voltages on this pot?

Thanks x 10^6 in advance to whoever can help on this - I want to know
exactly what I'm doing before I attack this rat's nest of wires....
