Let me add it is NOT supposed to vary to this degree.  US supplies are
supposed to vary only from 114 VAC min to 126 VAC max at the delivery point
for residential service.  If yours is outside that range, complain!  The
law (FERC) is on your side.

YES.  I own one of the power one supplies use in the MOTM stuff.  It is
very nice.
