Is there a way to predict the frequencies of partials which originate
from aliasing in a non-interpolated wavetable?

If yes, what happens with these partials when the pitch of the
wavetabele is changed (by different methods used)?

Is someone willing to explain to me which methods can be used (and have
been used) to change the pitch of a wavetable?

Are there any other artifacts which contribute to the sound of the early
wavetable synths like the VS and PPG?
