Hi Ben,
>From my experience with paia and kits R us (Hong Kong) I've never had a
problem when it's been sent airmail. I mean no import duty. However, the
first time I got a kit from paia they sent it via DHL (international
courier) and I paid quite a lot of import duty. Cant remember how much
exactly but I think it was >15%.
Also, paia had "electronic hobby kit" on the package. The other place had
"Gift". he he. So, make sure it comes airmail (it's cheaper anyway) and
maybe ask the supplier if he could put one of the above descriptions on the
package. Good Luck.
