V/Hz monosynth

Hi,
just a little update about my current project:
bought a used Roland SH-2000 keyboard (3 octaves with
aftertouch) yesterday, have put it apart (yes, keys flipping into
my face - if you've ever done it, you know what I mean ...),
and started soldering the V/Hz resistor divider to the contacts.
I also built a diode ring VCA similar to the Korg 700 VCA.
As this is intended to be an easy to use "performance" synth,
I will probably not build several independent envelopes.
Maybe one HADSR for filter, and the same H, A and R parameters
for a VCA EG, but with maximum sustain, for a start.
So instead of a second set of knobs, only one rotary switch to
select a few useful combinations for the VCA:
(a) same as VCF EG
(b) HAR from VCF EG, sustain max
(c) HADR from VCF EG, sustain to half (-6db) for a little "punch"
(d) Gate (short A and R times)
(e) short A, max S, R from VCF EG
(f) ...
I'd select these modes to get maximum flexibility with minimum
knobs. This is *not* intended to be a low cost version, though:
All is voltage controlled (two complete EG circuits), but there are
some useful (switchable) links between these circuits.
And I will route the aftertouch and modulation wheel to the
levels and time constants.
JH.
