Sorry for the OT: No offence to the code-masters on the list. 

Unite against UCITA now! How would you like it if mickysoft 
remotely disabled your software or confiscated your servers. Totally 
at their whim anytime they thought you had been a "bad" user.  
They call it "self help".

This crap is much worse than that. Stuff like NO-liability for buggy
software. It transforms software from a product into a license. IT'S 
HORRIABLE! And it's being rammed through. Don't take my word
for it look it up.

BTW did you hear the one about the atom who walked into a bar
