HAHAHA! This sounds EXACTLY like my experience as a composition student,
except that I actually got a C- in 20th Century music because I didn't
fill out the required "concert reports." The deal was that we had to
attend a certain number of 20th century music concerts and do little
reports on them (I guess to prove that we really went)...I went to to all
the concerts, but I didn't fill out enough reports! The professor SAW me
at most of the concerts too..
I bet all of my classmates are teaching music in public elementary
schools, which is probably worse than being unemployed!
Sometimes you just have to laugh...
