I know, I know

haaaa, two years of music history, and then one week from STRAVINSKY to the
present...

This is a good one.

But at least you heard of Stravinsky. Did you notice how most of
Hollywood film music sounds like? It sounds like Stravinsky. But this
is not relevant, of course. Only a bazillion $ market. Same with these
electronic "toys".

What kind of education is this? Is this the way to prepare people
for their jobs? I mean, what music jobs are not influenced by electronic
means today???

This is braindamaged.

Just imagine engineers would do it the same:
2 years of pyramid construction, then 1 year cathedrals, ...

and .. errrr.. concrete and steel constructions are not treated, but
mentioned in the hand out. The faculty has decided not to do this
but extra courses in marble design.

Or electrical engineering:

two years electrostatic experiments with rubber and little pieces
of paper, then shocking people with Van der Graaf electricity,
oh well, yes we hear about tubes one day before final semester vacations.

(Oh god, what have I done, they'll flame because I mentioned t*bes!! ;->).

Semiconductors? Digital? What do you mean, man? Never heard of.
And thus they would get their diplomas.

What a joke! Hahahahahahahahhahahahaha..
