V/Hz turned from a swear word to a desirable feature for me
since I bought that CS-50. (;->).
You can use V/Hz to get a simple circuit (probably not so good),
or you can use V/Hz to get increased stability (with a not so simple
circuit). These two applications are often mixed up, therefore
the general misunderstanding. IMO.
