Yep, I am...
Im makeing a midi polysynth, the for-runner to this is a Midi Monosynth 
(with *EVERYTHING* controlled by CV).

I have programmed a small micro controller to convert midi data to 
note/gate/velocity data, I intend to feed this into a pair of DAC's and 
drive the monosynth from this.
