?LFOs per/all voices

Now, what's this have I been reading bullock:|? Does the p5 and other
prophets use 1/2 LFOs for all voices together or 1/2 LFOs per voice for
nice phasing difference? I don't know anymore!

To generalise this, what synths used LFOs per voice and why?

I like info when it's reliable.
