Yes, I used one from LPKF at work years ago. It was a quite old machine
from 1985 or so. It could do double sided PCBs with about 0.3mm minimum
trace width and about 0.3mm minimum distance between adjacent
traces/pads. So one trace between two pads of a DIL IC was possible.
AFAIK today's machines are much better.
