PCB milling machines??

They have one of these at work. I've never used it, but I have 
a few little surface mount adapter boards that someone made. 
Is it possible to do double sided boards if you are very very careful? 
Still, no plated thru holes. 

They can also be used to do panel graphics. 
Either mill through the paint or use that 2 layer plastic that they make 
name tags and such. I don't remember what it is called.

Lotta money though.
