I don't need this kind of accuracy, just something to let me know if I'm
somewhere in the 7-10V P-P level an LED to show under qand another to show
peaks over.....I don't need a uP, I don't need 10 LED stripes, the signals
aren't goign to be so variable that I need to constantly monitor...
