9700 working--I think

Ways to prevent PAiA 9700 midi2cv8 from working:

1. Obtain DIP switch that is upside down from part described in manual.
Unit is in single voice mode while thought to be in test mode. No output
when first powered up.

2. Forget the 2 wire jumpers for the 1V/Oct version.

3. Forget to join both grounds while on test bench.

Now all I need to do is verify that it actually recieves MIDI, etc.

The manual lists a third value for R28 for some strange reason.
