Hi everybody,
There are some SID emualators available for the Atari (Falcon), and I suppose
there are also some for the PC / Mac / Amiga..
Atari users: check the Dead Hackers Society pages, although I find nothing that
was able to program the SID-emu easily. There all just players, some very good.
and they all seem to use some kind of ASCII script, If I remember correctly.
In those C64 days I tried to built a synth with a few 6581 chips all wirewrapped,
6502 uP, 6850 for midi, CEM filters and ADSR's, VCA's.
Unfortunately the SID chips all behaved quite often very strange and unreliable.
This was also the case with the various C64's I owned. Maybe because my bad
programming in those days:-)
No, I don't think so.
Anyway, I never fixed it and decided to use the CEM stuff for a new project.
Regards.
Guido
