2 sided PC Board fabrication in US?

Does anyone have recommendations of companies that will fabricate 2 sided, 
plated-through-hole PC boards in low quantities at a reasonable price? Fast 
turn is not important. The quotes I get from the "quick turn prototype" 
shops are quite high.

I am in the US.
