ASM1 - MAT02 or 2N3904 opinions?

    Like all things in life, it depends on what you want.  Most ideally, using a
MAT02 will give you the best performance.  I would only use the 2n3904 is less
critical situations.  (By less critical, I mean that the absolute pitch is not
very important.)  Matching the 2n3904's and then termally connecting them will
help a lot.  Somebody a while back posted the Moog transistor matching jig
schematic.  Seems like somebody had it posted on their web site(?).
