Ahh, finally some Japanese data sheets online !!
Announcing this the "Good News of the Month" (;->)
Just ordered a handful of 3381's and 1349's.
The guaranteed vbe matching specs are not overwhelming (10mV),
so maybe we still have to select them for building discreet OTAs.
But the thermal coupling (compared to selected single transistors)
and the compact size (compared to 3086's) are reason enough to
take a closer look.
Dual JFETs ? Even p-channel ?? Affordable ?
Man, I have to go on searching this page. You know what *that*
means for VCO design !
