It all depends on what you want to do..
The modules in Modulus are 9 inches by 3 inches. This gives me space to 
mount 8 knobs and plenty of sockets. It also means teh a standard euro size 
PCB (100*160mm) can be used for the projects with space to spare for wiring.
My case is made of wood, though it will take 20 modules.. but I cant see why 
you couldnt make stuff out of wood, I think it looks good.

I have taken some new pictures of my modular, which I plan to put up on my 
webpage in the next couple of days.
