I went through this just a few weeks ago. As far as I can tell, there is no one
standard. However, there are two popular synth modular forms; The MOTM form
which resembles the MOOG form, and Paia's Frac Rak. The Paia form is used by 3rd
party module makers, and blank modules are available from Paia.
Being the rebel that I am, I went with my own form factor.
