SCI sixtrack-----finally fixed

thanks to all who helped with advice .
the fault gave strange symptoms-----------everthing appeared to work ok,
but the keyboard response was wierd. with the "course freq" set to 00 it
gave a 4 octave range all in tune. a "course freq" setting of 24 gave only
a two octave range.
the culprit was IC # 50 (4053).
