VCO tuning

Hal Chamberlin's book has you tune the VCO for 16.3525 Hz for a 0V input. I
don't think it really matters, as it is dependent on the VCO design. What I did
was settle on having an even voltage like 4 volts equal middle C. You can pick
whatever you like of course. The important part is having your slope set so a 1V
delta equals a 1 octave delta over the whole operating range.
