Roman Sowa <Roman.Sowa at WizjaTV.pl> mailed the SSM data sheets to me, yes
these guys look pretty much like relaxed (derated) spec MAT.  The worst
bin MAT (type F) have almost the same data. The only advantage for
precision work is then the sealed encapsulation (mechanical & thermal
stress, humidity), the SSM come mostly in plastic DIP.  So, if you pay
the money for a MAT, get an A grade!

The typical MAT SSM data are identical.

Let's see the spec again (typical, @ 25C, values made comparable if possible):
