I hadnt thought of putting them inside, but I suppose you could have a
"default" patch built in..
and a slot on the front that you shove the sound cart into.

nope, I though of using DIL switches, and presets for everything, this way
you had as many sounds as you made boards, and when you got bored (pun?) you
could simply twiddle the pots for your new sound.

indeed... Im now working on a polysynth (which is volatge controlled
everything, eg's,vco,vcf,vca,etc) so this is a possibility..
