ASM-1 stuffing diagram?

Hello,

I just bought an unpopulated ASM1 board (thanks to Dave Fulton).
I've found the official ASM1 page but the instructions are scant.
I've also found the parts lists but I have no way of knowing where
they go! (the pcb has no silkscreened resistor or capacitor
numbers i.e. R1, R2. R3, C1, C2 so even following the schematic
would require circuit tracing & guesswork ..

The web page makes reference to a drawing of the PCB silkscreen
with the part values written in & also to written assembly
instructions that were included with the PCB. 

Does anyone have a copy of these instructions that they can send
or fax?
