The point is that I tried to do this for a single cyclindrical
wire: result: infinite flux, infinite energy, infinite L.

Another point:
In order to measure the L with an impedance meter, you need
two clamps at the meter, this makes of course a loop.
You can only measure loops. You can't measure a single wire.
