One thing I didn's say was I'm bad at maths. But if you want
you can derive the formula from Maxwell equations.
Sorry, I can't do it. It's been too long since my fields&waves classes.
And H-field is 'trivial' to imagine, not to compute.
Let me browse through my old notes and I might come up with
answer later.
