[AH] ASM-1 board

Greetings all,

I 'm just about to build an asm1. I've checked out the assembly 
instructions on the web but they seem to be incomplete and a few
times make reference to some other printed instructions.

Does anyone have any idea where I can get a copy of the "official"
notes? 

Also, in looking at the picture of the PCB @ synthfool, I noticed
that there are 6 CV inputs for each oscillator - is the asm1 more
than 2 voice polyphonic? or are the extra CV ins just there as
mults.
