ISO EML multipin plug map

If you know the old EML/Electrocomp line then you know that their 400/401
sequencer is actually 2 pieces connected together by large multi-pin cable.
The cable also carries some form of phantom power to the second piece.
I recently acquired an EML made accessory piece that has a receptacle on it
which accepts that cable. It appears to be some kind of breakout, having
13 quarter inch phone jacks wired directly to it. Problem is, the jacks
have no labels on them. The entire section is labeled "Synto Interface"
which means nothing to me. I tried plugging in a spare connector and
running the other end to either of the multipin jacks on my 400/401
sequencer. So far I have not been able to get anything logical to happen by
patching from those unlabeled phone jacks. It does seem to send the
sequencer into a frenzy.
One concern is that the connector as used on the sequencer does carry that
phantom power. I don't want to fry anything while I try to figure this
out.
Does anyone have a sort of map of the pin configuration that connector uses
on the sequencer?
Any other hints? suggestions? warnings?
Thanks much,
Mike B.
