degrees of phase.. it was always comparing and adjusting, and it was running
accurate at extreme RF...
It would compare, one comparator ran into the count up input of a counter,
the other ran into the count down input.. It would constantly adjust and
either raise or lower the voltage to the vco..
I need to prod the engineer at work for more details on it.. It sounds very
cool though..
He spent about an hour explaining it to me a couple of weeks ago..
