Freq = 2^CV * base frequency

Imagine that your base frequency bf is at 0V. At 1V the frequency is 2^1 *
bf or 2bf. At 10V it's 2^10bf, or 1024bf. At 1.2894V the it's 2^1.2894 *
bf, whatever that is. Where's that damn calculator...
