Canned air or (Sources for cheap blows???)

I had one of these a while ago and stopped using it - not enough pressure to
be useful.  It was OK for moving dust from one place to another but you
really need a strong jet to move it effectively and this device just didn't
do it for me...

Fat chance anyone know of or have experience with the "pumping" canned air?
I
saw a writeup about oh, 5 years ago in wired.  It was a replacement for
canned
air that you pumped up & it pressured therefore never needing replacing
really.  It was only about $20 and I could kick myself for not taking better
note.
Anyone, anyone???
