Canned air or (Sources for cheap blows???)

Fat chance anyone know of or have experience with the "pumping" canned air?  I
saw a writeup about oh, 5 years ago in wired.  It was a replacement for canned
air that you pumped up & it pressured therefore never needing replacing
really.  It was only about $20 and I could kick myself for not taking better
note.
Anyone, anyone???
