dont get me wrong agree.. but would you object if they to build some nice 
new houses? or some facilities that your neighbours wanted, leisure cenetre?

I dont feel this is a takeover, but you are intitled to think so.
I beleive it to be a natural extension of this list, a much needed and 
awaited one at that.

as for the same name thing, you have no problem with using the MOOG name on 
your website... i am not having a dig, but, your moog VCF/PCB is realted to 
Moog/Elektor AND synthdiy.
surely you can see that this IS related to synthdiy..

I am not going to argue, you have your views, I have mine..
I shant be counting who has the most support one which side, it is totally 
irrelevant..

I am a born pessimist, but I cant see anything but good arising from this..

To keep growing you MUST have new people, new names, else the list will 
become stagnent and die. I do NOT want 300 emails a day, that is simply 
ludicrous.. I honestly dont think that we will generate that much interest, 
most people just want a 909 or 303, they dont care about designing them. 
When I got on the net it took me 13 months before I found this list, I would 
have LOVED to have found it easier.

Like I say, I have no wsih to argue about this, no to start a flame war nor 
flood the list with discussions over names..

I will help "the proteus" whoever he may be, in whatever way I can.
I will stay on this list, and continue with , what I hope, are helpful 
postings.

I shall not send/nor reply to anymore on the subject, Im not being nasty, I 
just think its a waste of time...

you obviously feel as strongly for keeping this enclosed as I do about 
getting us noticed.
