Rick is right.
Let's keep the list as it is. It's the best resource on building
synthesizers
on this planet, so why touch it and risk that it looses some of its
benefits.
There is nothing against starting new, private, home pages, giving a few
list members a better home than they had before. But this is to be
considered
individual stuff - not something "official" to re-organize our mailing list.
Using a domain name with "synth-diy" in it would not be recommended,
IMO. It either smells of taking something over, or starting a competition
of sort.
I apologize if I have missed something, but who *is* "The Proteus" ?
A listmember who has so far posted under a different name ? Or
someone completely different ? I honestly don't know.
Please explain who you are.
