Moog Ladder Filter

Which one is this? I know that there was a "Preprint" from 1965 that explained
the filter, but I don't know of any article in the JAES itself that talks about
the ladder filter. There is an earlier article that explains some other
circuits. Unfortunately, our local big university (University of Washington)
doesn't have preprints that go back that far, so I have been unable to read the
filter article. Bummer.
