Rick,

  I think more or less we have managed to avoid flamewars that many mah 
lists suffer with.. I think a lot of the people on here are to 'hardy' when 
it comes to flames and most just find them funny not hurtfull :-)

  I think a lot of us are mature adults (am I speaking to soon?) and as such 
we tend not to bicker so much as 'have a different viewpoint'.

  I beleive and hope that we listen to each other and compliment each other. 
it short, its seems to work.
