  This would seem to make sense... but what od the cost? most of us (me 
included) have little or no money, and surely you dont wanna spend all this 
money of yours keeping a load of freepages up.

  I think the idea is a great idea, one web page "www.synthdiy.com" or 
similar, and from here you can jump to a FAQ/how to/common probs/members 
pages/etc...

  One problem, getting everyone here to agree.. what makes this list great 
is the diversity in opinion and idea, what makes it hard to organise is the 
same quality. (as I found out whilst trying to organise a UK synthdiy 
meeting, 3 people!)
