I may be telling you something you already know, but here I go anyway:
If this is not for a replacement part you can just use two of 4051 3-8
multiplexer, connecting the three address lines together (a0 - a2). Invert
a3 and connect it to the INH pin of the second 4051. Connect the uninverted
a3 to the INH pin of the other 4051. They are now functionally equivalent
to the 4067.
I've done this before because even when you can find them the 4067 can be
quite expensive. A few polysynths use this method too.
