I just have to say that this is SUCH a cool idea. I love using
waveshaping in the digital realm (I use the mirror function in Csound
all the time, which is similar to the Serge Wave Multiplier) and it
would be great to play with this in the analog realm.
This weekend, I'll find the papers I have on nonlinear waveshaping, and
submit the bibliographic information. I remember that there was a great
one by Daniel Arfib from a late 70's JAES, that discussed such esoteric
things as phase quadrature waveshaping.
