VCF PCB Interest?

Several people have emailed me privately indicating that they would like to
get a PC board of the 24 dB state variable VCF.  Is anyone else interested
in getting one?  Please email off-list if so.  If there is a reasonable
demand for them I would be able to sell them for $16 U.S. each postpaid.
These would be production boards, 2 layer, plated-through hole, solder
masked, silkscreened component layout, and would have mounting holes for
Frac-Rack (or other) installation. Size is 3"x4".
