Is it true CA3046 is hardly obtainable and expensive ?
I think so, since I could not find any specs in the part catalogues
I have.
Here, in Poland we have a very popular IC with 5 trannys, whereby
one pair has their emitters connected. The name of the circuit is
UL1111, and I could not find a similar thing in any western catalo-
gue. I suspect the 1111 might be an exact replacemnt, but didn't
have the time to compare the pin layout. They are not very high spec,
but work wery well as a temperature coupled. The cost is about 4pln
per item which is less than one dollar. What do you think ?
