Keyboard controller question

I asked earlier and someone told me to go to www.tomg.net (or maybe it was
.org) but it doesn't work.  Other people have told this to me in the past for
other problems as well...  

anyway, I'm trying to find the directions for a 1 switch per key analog
controller... (I remember something about cutting the diodes and replacing
with resistors, but that's all..)
