Here are the best ones that I know of and use:

They all feature very low THD and noise, good bandwidth, the ability
to drive a 10VRMS signal into 600 ohms. (Which mean they can drive 8
ohm headphones when used with a 49 ohm series resistor)
single/dual
NE5532/5534 the original "audio" op-amp
OP-175/275 Analog Devices
OPA604/2604 Burr Brown FET input works with up to +/-24VDC supply
rails LM833 dual from National Semiconductor (I have it from inside
sources this is a 5532 clone)
OPA134/2134 Burr Brown, Rail to Rail Audio Op-Amp. These are new, I
have used them in a phono-pre amp. They will run on +/-15VDC rails
but I think Burr Brown is trying for the low voltage market of
multimedia computer 5Volt arena (Can't Blame them, big market)
The Best Speced Audio Op-Amp is the AD797 from Analog Devices. It is
a little tricky to use, must be well decoupled and can't use large
feedback resistors (like above 33K) with out special attention to
detail.

I like all of these and they work very well. The problem with
wholesale replacing 741's and the like is that some circuits may be
designed around the original opamps limited bandwidth
