VC Envelope

The promised VC ADSR has become a VC HADSR, with a (also voltage controlled)
Hold
time like the MS20 envelopes. The circuit is slightly larger now, but I
think one chip (TL074)
plus 16 discrete transistors still isn't that bad (;->).
The ADSR part is gated by the prolonged Gate signal, but triggered from the
normal Gate signal,
so you can retrigger the ENV even when it is in "Hold" state.

Hope you enjoy it !

It's simulated, and tested on the bench, but with potentiometers connected
by alligator clips, so it might not be completely optimized yet. Any hints
and suggestions are welcome.
